Our products lines include led spot lights,down light, led wall lights, led track lights, magnetic track lights and led ceiling lights etc.All of our products comply with CE RoHS and the certificate available as customers required such as CE, RoHS, CCC etc. And we have TUV quality inspection passed.The products have been widely exported to Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, South America regions.
Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trade company?
A:We are a manufacturer, with R&D and high standard production workshop;
Q2: Do you have the MOQ request?
A:Normally MOQ is 300pcs, but we can do customized items in less quantity;
Q3: What's the production lead time?
The lead time 3-7 working days for samples, and 10-15 working days for bulk order. It depends on styles and designs you choose;
Q4: What is warranty time for your products? If any broken, what I will do?
A:3 years warranty for most of our products. During warranty time, we will arrange the new replacement to you free of charge for broken items.
Q5: Can I get OEM/ODM customized products for special application?
A:Of course, we provide OEM and ODM service, design and produce as per customers' requirement. For example, different length, diameter, different voltage and higher lumen efficiency of led, IP Class etc.
Q6:Can you share a full product file when needed (spec sheet, IES file, HQ photos of product and application)?
A:yes,we have laboratory with test equipment,so we can provide IES.and we take HQ products picture and application scenario for you.
Q7: What kind of payment methods do you accept?
A: T/T, West Union and Paypal.
Q8: What kind of shipping methods you use?
A:Sea/Air,and International express: DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS, TNT (mostly used, 3-7 working days delivered).
